Therapy is not about fixing you as if you’re some broken thing. It’s about authentically (re)connecting to yourself. You’ve been through so much in your life, and you are often seen as the strong one, but in this space, we will practice being vulnerable, rehearse being flexible, and learn to be resourceful.

I believe understanding who we are and why we do things is a fundamental part of self-growth. My goal is to help you gain the necessary self-awareness in order for you to continue growing and/or find radical acceptance in the stalemates of your life. Life can be painful and draining. Let this also be a place to check in with your physical, mental, emotional, psychological, and sometimes spiritual well-being. Should you decide to work with me, be prepared to bridge the gap between self-love and self-sufficiency.
