Critical self-talk, overwhelming stress, or traumatic events can interfere with a person fully experiencing the present moment. Maybe certain emotions seem scary, so the easiest solution is to avoid them; however, our emotions are part of the human experience. Caroline is here to remind clients that they have the strength to face the uncomfortable and cope with life’s challenges.

Caroline enjoys cooking, baking, and reading. She also enjoys going to concerts and museums, trying out new restaurants in Houston, and traveling with her husband.
