Recognizing and helping someone to seek help is key to depressive recovery.
It’s also important to understand doesn’t always show up the same way in all people. Sometimes, a person can be depressed and exhibit what appears to be a generally happy disposition. We should remember to check in with one another and exhibit grace and compassion to those who suffer in silence.”
