Elizabeth’s professional experience includes working with the family of origin & attachment issues, difficulties in adjusting to change, behavioral changes, trauma, anxiety & depression, as well as spiritual counseling. She has extensive training in directive and non-directive play therapy. Additionally, her work with couples is heavily influenced by evidence-based research from the Gottman Institute.

Personal
Elizabeth relocated from Philadelphia to Houston with her family. She spends her free time in many ways, enjoying cooking/baking, watching shows about the paranormal or anything spooky, and hanging out with her friends. Elizabeth looks forward to taking her pit bull out for a run every day. She takes the opportunity to travel; the world has so much to offer and she wants to experience it all.
