Please note that using insurance requires a mental health diagnosis which will become a part of your medical record.

I am currently an out-of-network provider with most insurance. However, I work with Zaya Health, which will automatically file out-of-network claims for you and help you potentially get partial reimbursement for my services (subject to a 5% charge for claim submission). You can use this tool below to check your insurance and see if you are eligible for these benefits.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Health Spending Accounts (HSA).

If you cannot attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee, as a professional time commitment has been designated specifically for you.
